The class of securities to be registered hereby is the common stock, no par value per share (the “Common Stock”), of Red River Bancshares, Inc., a Louisiana corporation (the “Registrant”). The description of the Common Stock is set forth under the heading “Description of Capital Stock” in the prospectus that constitutes a part of the Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-230798; as amended, the “Registration Statement”) initially filed publicly by the Registrant with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 10, 2019, and is incorporated herein by reference.
