Biography

Mr. Cooper serves as a director of the Company and the Bank, and has been with our organization since 1998. Mr. Cooper serves on our Audit Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and on Red River Bank’s Asset/Liability Management Committee and Directors’ Loan Committee. Mr. Cooper’s business experience includes serving as President and part owner of Rent-It Company, Inc., a construction equipment rental and sales company based in Alexandria, Louisiana, from 1985 until its sale to Rental Service Corporation in 1998. He is a past president of the Louisiana Rental Association. Mr. Cooper is a member of the Exchange Club of Alexandria and serves on the board of directors of the Rapides Foundation. He is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University and holds a B.B.A. in Industrial Management. Mr. Cooper’s extensive business experience, community involvement, and years of experience as a director of the Company and the Bank qualify him to serve on our board of directors.
